Should any payments due by me, in this regard, be outstanding, I understand that I may be denied access to the facilities at The Hockey Farm and excluded from any benefits associated with membership.

I acknowledge that the Farm cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to my property or possessions arising out of theft or any other cause whatsoever, or for any personal injury sustained whilst making use of the facilities at The Hockey Farm.
