Bookings for Facilities, Events, and Courses
1.1 Cancellations by You
If you wish to cancel a booking for a facility, event, or course, you must notify us via email at info@hockeyfarm.co.za. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

For cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the booking date: A full refund will be granted, minus any applicable administrative fees.

For cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date: No refunds will be issued, except in cases of exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed at our discretion.
1.2 Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, maintenance, or insufficient event participation), you will be entitled to either:

A full refund of the amount paid for the booking; or

An option to reschedule to another available date or event.
1.3 Rescheduling Requests
Requests to reschedule bookings can be made up to 7 days before the event or facility booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
Online Shop Purchases
2.1 Returns Eligibility
You may return Products purchased through our online store within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that:

The Product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Proof of purchase is provided.
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2.2 Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect Product, please contact us at info@hockeyfarm.co.za within 7 days of receiving the Product. We will arrange for the return of the item and either:

Provide a replacement; or
-
Issue a full refund, including delivery charges.
2.3 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned Product and verifying its condition. Please note:

Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, except in cases where the Product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds for Products purchased on promotion or sale will be calculated based on the promotional price paid.
2.4 Exclusions
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Personalised or custom-made Products;

Perishable goods (e.g., food and drink);

Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please ensure the payment details provided are correct.
3.2 Processing Times
Once a refund is initiated, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
